Abstract: This article presents the results of a survey conducted to identify the predominant entrepreneurial competences among women participating in the entrepreneurship training courses offered by the Good Business Parana Program PBNP. When designing the study, the classes 7 and 8 that concluded the course in the municipalities of the Southeastern region of Parana were considered. The data were measured from a descriptive perspective and by multiple correspondence analysis. The survey results showed that commitment, and attitude when looking for opportunities are the preponderant skills in the profile of the female entrepreneurs participating in this study. The results of this research are consistent with results obtained by other researchers in different places and conditions, which suggests a female pattern of entrepreneurial competence, in their leading role within contemporary societies.
